About the Role We are looking for Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our growing GCC Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, counselling them on Bhanzu’s programs, and driving enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for the GCC market.
- Connect with parents and students through calls and online communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Bhanzu programs.
- Conduct effective K-12 parent/student counselling.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections confidently.




- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in K-12 EdTech, Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2C Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Strong customer counselling and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Excel/spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Familiarity with the GCC market will be an added advantage.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

⭐ Experience in EdTech(Priority) sales + immediate availability will be a strong advantage.
