Role: Business Development Intern / Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source companies that may require HR consultancy and recruitment services.
- Research potential clients and build a database of HR/TA/Business contacts.
- Connect with Management College TPOs, Placement Heads, and Training Departments to explore institutional partnerships.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and support the team in converting leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/interaction details.
- Assist in promoting HR services, student training programs, workshops, and placement-related initiatives.





Ideal Candidate:

- MBA/PGDM students, graduates, or freshers interested in Business Development, HR, Recruitment, or Education.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, networking, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
