Business Development Associate - Fresher

Location: Gurgaon & Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls, video calls, and emails.
- Understand learners' career goals, requirements, and learning needs.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable Scaler programs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher with relevant internship preferred
- Good English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle high-intent and premium leads for Scaler's EdTech programs.




- Conduct detailed counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer objections and drive successful conversions.
- Guide and support junior BDAs on calls, objection handling, and closures.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- PGDM / MBA is preferred.
- 2+ year of relevant experience
- Good English communication skills
