We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, strong follow-up skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2C Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email, and basic CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹11,595.71 - ₹40,980.84 per month
