About the Role

Uniglent International Education is looking for a Business Development Associate (Telecaller) to join our growing team in Kochi.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their study-abroad requirements, following up on leads, and generating admission opportunities for our counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Understand students’ academic and study-abroad requirements.
- Provide basic information about courses, universities, and admission opportunities.
- Identify students interested in taking admission and transfer them to the counselling team.
- Update lead status and call details accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for effective lead conversion.





Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages Required/Preferred: Malayalam, English & Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with students over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, business development, education consultancy, or customer service is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
