About the Company The GCC has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Business Consultant who can bring outside-in rigour to decisions the site is making as it scales. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will advise the GCC's leadership on operating decisions, building the analysis that turns options into a clear recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Strategy

- Frame client problems and break them into structured workstreams
- Run research, interviews, and quantitative analysis to test hypotheses
- Build the business case and translate it into a transparent recommendation

Client Delivery

- Prepare crisp decks and models for senior client stakeholders
- Support implementation, change management, and progress tracking




- Manage workstream timelines and keep deliverables on standard

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in management or business consulting or strategy roles
- Strong structured-problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, and storyboarding a recommendation
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience at a consulting firm or in-house strategy team
- An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
