We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Coach to join our team in the Thiruvananthapuram & Kollam region.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, mentoring, employee development, and business growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in Business Coaching, Training, HR, and People Development.

As a Business Coach, you will guide employees, conduct training programs, monitor performance, and help individuals achieve their professional goals through effective coaching and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with management to identify employee training and development needs.
- Plan, organize, and schedule training sessions.
- Develop and implement effective training programs and coaching strategies.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to improve their professional performance.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, module summaries, and other learning resources.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure employees follow established training and work processes.
- Maintain training records and reports.




- Coordinate with different teams to support employee development and business objectives.

Requirements
- MBA, HR, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in training, coaching, HR, or a related role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a passion for mentoring and developing people.
- Valuable knowledge of corporate training and employee development techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to work across the Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam region.
