Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Coach role based in Delhi, India.

The Business

Coach will work directly with entrepreneurs and business owners to assess their current business performance, identify challenges, and create actionable growth plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, facilitating small group workshops, reviewing financial and operational data, and providing guidance on strategy, marketing, sales, and team management. The role involves preparing coaching materials, documenting client progress, and following up on agreed action items to ensure accountability and results.

The Business

Coach will also collaborate with internal teams to improve coaching programs and contribute to current service offerings.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience in business consulting, coaching, or advisory roles, with a track record of helping organizations improve performance.
- Strong skills in business strategy, financial analysis, and operational planning to support clients in decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to lead coaching sessions, workshops, and client meetings effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes and translate insights into practical, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with coaching diverse clients, maintaining a non-judgmental, inclusive, and supportive approach focused on measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or coaching certification is an advantage.
- Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses or startups in India is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with common business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and basic digital collaboration platforms.
