Role Description The Business Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Business

Associate will support property consulting operations by conducting market research, analyzing property options, and preparing business reports and proposals. This role includes coordinating with clients to understand requirements, presenting suitable properties, and assisting in negotiations and documentation.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate listings, track leads, and follow up to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to business development initiatives, maintaining CRM records, and upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate property data, market trends, and investment potential.
- Knowledge of Finance and Business principles to support pricing, ROI analysis, and transaction decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation to manage inquiries, build relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and lead management.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
