? Hiring: Business Analyst – MIS | Casino Operations

We are looking for a Business Analyst – MIS with strong expertise in MIS reporting, financial analysis, KPI tracking, and business analytics to support data-driven decision-making across gaming, F&B;, hotel, and support functions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual MIS reports .
- Consolidate data from Casino Management Systems, POS, PMS and ERP/Accounting systems .
- Develop dashboards, reporting templates and KPI scorecards .
- Analyze gaming revenue including GGR, NGR, drop, handle, hold %, win per unit/day and ADT .
- Analyze F&B;, hotel, entertainment, membership and other non-gaming revenues.
- Conduct budget vs. actual vs. previous-period variance analysis .
- Monitor departmental costs and identify cost optimization opportunities .
- Track KPIs such as EBITDA, RevPAR, average check, labor cost ratios, marketing ROI and customer visitation .
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis .




- Reconcile MIS figures with Finance during month-end closing .
- Prepare management presentations and board-level performance reports .
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance and audit readiness.

? Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or related field .
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis or Business Analytics.
- Experience in Casino, Gaming, Hospitality or Entertainment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas and financial modelling .
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools .
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with POS, PMS, ERP/Accounting or Casino Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to convert complex data into explicit, actionable business insights .
