Responsibilities

Call and engage with doctors and hospitals.

Identify hospital recruitment requirements and relevant decision-makers.

Connect doctors with suitable opportunities.

Follow up on vacancies, applications and interviews.

Build strong relationships with doctors and hospital teams.

Excellent Malayalam and English communication.

Confident and skilled phone communication.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Sales/recruitment mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Basic computer skills.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare recruitment, hospital HR, sales, recruitment or customer relations. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
