Designation: Business Analyst

Number of Positions 1 (Chennai)

Educational Qualification

Bachelore degree in engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Experience and Age Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, Financial Services, IT, Digital Transformation, Software Development, or Enterprise Applications.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing coordination, and deployment support.
- Experience in handling end-to-end SDLC projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to Banking, Lending, Digital Platforms, Portal Development, Workflow Solutions, API-based integrations, or Enterprise Applications will be preferred.
- Age: 25-40 Years

Job ProfileBusiness Requirement Management

- Engage with business verticals to understand, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct discussions, workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
- Ensure completeness, clarity, consistency, and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities.

Business and Technology Alignment

- Act as the bridge between Business Teams, Development Teams, Vendors, QA Teams, and Project Stakeholders.
- Explain business requirements to technology teams and ensure correct interpretation of business expectations.
- Facilitate solution discussions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Participate in solution reviews,



architecture discussions, and impact assessment sessions.
- Support change management and requirement revisions during project execution.

SDLC Coordination

- Work closely with project managers, developers, architects, and vendors throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure approved requirements are translated into development tasks and implementation plans.
- Track requirement changes and maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
- Monitor progress and ensure timely closure of requirement-related issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project review meetings.

Testing, QA and UAT Management

- Prepare Functional Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinate with QA teams during System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Validate delivered functionality against approved business requirements.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Track UAT observations, defects, and enhancement requests until closure.
- Obtain business sign-offs before production deployment.

Deployment and Post-Go-Live Support

- Assist business users during production rollout and stabilization activities.
- Coordinate defect resolution and issue management post implementation.
- Support change requests and enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare operational and user documentation wherever required.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Knowledge of API-based integrations and workflow systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modelling tools.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation initiatives.
