We're Hiring: Business Analyst — Office of the COO

Join our COO's office and drive data-backed decisions for a specialized B737-800BCF freighter operation. You'll build KPI dashboards, MIS reports, and business cases while managing executive meetings, board coordination, and cross-functional liaison.

Ideal for a sharp analytical mind who's also comfortable in high-discretion executive support, ideally with aviation/regulated-industry exposure.

✅ Key responsibilities

- Analyze operational performance, trends, KPIs, and industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models.
- Support commercial and operational analysis, contract negotiations, tenders, budgeting, and business development initiatives.
- Develop and improve operational strategies, processes, and performance-monitoring tools.
- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and executive engagements.
- Coordinate Board, Executive Committee, management, and strategic planning meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, minutes, and action trackers, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, government agencies,



airport operators, and aviation partners.
- Support strategic initiatives and drive improvements in operational and organizational performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with company governance, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
