Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and convert them into clear, well-defined business requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that enable smooth development and delivery.
- Analyze business and product data to support recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business teams throughout development, UAT, and product rollout.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, clarify business needs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Validate delivered features against business requirements and support successful implementation.




- Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing product workflows.

Job Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. Relevant internships with hands-on experience are also considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured BA documentation.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirement documents (BRDs), and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, SQL (basic), or similar collaboration and analysis tools is an advantage.
- A curious mindset with a habit of asking "why" to uncover the root cause rather than just documenting requests.
