About the Role

We are hiring across levels for professionals who combine deep financial services domain knowledge with the ability to identify, assess, and drive AI opportunities across emerging and established technologies. You will work at the intersection of business and technologys spotting where automation adds value, shaping the solution, and staying hands-on as a Business Analyst through implementation.

What You'll Do

Assess processes across merchant operations to identify automation opportunities using Agentic AI, Gen AI, RPA, and Document AI.

Build business cases, size impact, and prioritize opportunities based on value and feasibility.

Act as the Business Analyst through the delivery lifecycle requirements, process design, user stories, testing support, and stakeholder alignment.

Operate within unstructured, evolving programs where you help define the path rather than follow one.

Experiment with current-age technologies and translate emerging capabilities into practical, measurable outcomes.

What You Bring





Functional expertise in one or more merchant operations areas: Onboarding, AML, fraud, financial crime, credit, disputes & chargebacks, or merchant settlement.

A working understanding of automation technologies (Agentic AI, Gen AI, RPA, Doc AI) and how to apply them to real operational problems.

Strong Business Analyst skills across the full implementation lifecycle.

Exceptional English and business communicationwritten and verbal is non-negotiable.

Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine appetite to experiment and learn.

Level Expectations

8+ years Solid domain grounding in one or more merchant operations areas; hands-on BA delivery experience and exposure to automation tools. Proven ability to lead automation assessments and workstreams; depth across multiple functional areas. Strategic ownership/delivery of automation programs; advisory-level domain depth and senior stakeholder leadership.

Location

Bangalore/ Pune; Hybrid (3 days WFO) to WFO (5 days) depending on client/project requirement; Flexibility of working hrs overlap with US/UK/Philippines as required
