Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create process maps, workflows, wireframes,



and other functional documentation as required.
- Support solution design by providing business and functional inputs to technical teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decisions.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and successful implementation of business solutions.
- Maintain transparent and up-to-date project and requirement documentation.
