As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between technical teams and business units.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and data.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with diverse teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and project management principles.

Additional Information
