Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete sales operations at assigned builder site(s)
- Handle walk-ins, conduct site visits, and explain project offerings
- Drive monthly sales targets and maximize site conversions
- Build robust relationships with builder sales teams and channel partners
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
- Coordinate documentation, bookings, and customer follow-ups
- Provide regular market insights and competitor feedback

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA

Experience: Freshers welcome
