Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic BMS Engineers (Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields) with up to 2 year of experience. Freshers with robust academic knowledge and interest in Intelligent Building Management Systems are also welcome.



The role involves assisting in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control under the guidance of senior engineers.

Qualifications

- 0.6-1 year of experience in BMS or related fields (freshers can apply)
- Language preferred Tamil & English
- Strong knowledge of Management Systems, including their operations and implementation
- Proficiency in Building Services and Facility Management (FM) processes
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficient in utilizing relevant software and tools used in building management systems
