Job SummaryWe are looking for Business Analysts across junior, senior, and lead levels to drive digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, create user stories, support Agile delivery, and ensure successful implementation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Create process flow diagrams, workflows, and business documentation.
- Work closely with development, testing, and UX teams.
- Validate wireframes, mockups, and proposed solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and grooming.
- Define test scenarios and support functional testing and UAT.
- Conduct impact analysis and dependency assessments.
- Coordinate production releases and deployment activities.
- Prepare project documentation such as BRD, FRD, process documents, user manuals, FAQs,



and other relevant artifacts.
- Provide knowledge transfer and user training sessions.

Experience Fitment
- 2 to 5 Years: Business Analyst

Qualification:

- B.Tech/BE (Computer Science, IT, ECE) OR
- MBA / PGDM
