Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 4-9 years of experience working with Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault.

- Hands-on knowledge of CRM data models, CLM workflows, user access models, and commercial operations.

- Understanding of Vault objects, documents, workflows, lifecycles, and security configurations.

- Technical experience with:

- Java / Apex

- JavaScript / HTML

- SQL / SOQL / XML / JSON

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently own deliverables.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

experience working with global teams.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

- Veeva CRM or Vault certification(s).

- Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform.

- Knowledge of Veeva Network, Align, CLM content factories, or Medical/Regulatory workflows.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

- Understanding of pharma domain, HCP/HCO data, and compliance frameworks.
