Role: Brand Strategist

Location: Pune, India

Type: Full-time (Work from office)

What You'll Do

- Lead brand positioning and narrative development for clients distilling a business into a clear point of view, voice, and story
- Translate strategy into practical deliverables: brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, website/collateral direction
- Partner with design and content teams (internal or external vendors) to ensure execution stays true to strategy
- Run discovery with clients/stakeholders workshops, interviews, competitive and market scans to inform positioning
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, each at a different stage (discovery, strategy, rollout)
- Present strategic recommendations directly to founders and leadership teams
- Keep an eye on GTM alignment making sure brand strategy actually supports sales, product, and marketing goals, not just looks good in a deck
- Help onboard new clients and build strong foundations for long-term partnerships.




- Mentor and guide team members. Provide feedback on strategy, ideas, presentations and execution

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, client strategy, consulting, business development or growth.
- Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A robust understanding of branding, marketing, content and digital platforms.
- Experience contributing to pitches, proposals or new business conversations is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of the day-to-day workflow
- A natural sense of ownershipyou don't wait to be told what needs to happen next.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and turn ideas into action.
