Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive to support the Marketing team by driving data management, resource planning, vendor coordination, and offline marketing execution. The role will serve as the operational backbone of the department, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently while enabling data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Data &
- MIS Management
- Maintain and manage all marketing-related data and records.
- Track month-wise dispatches of catalogues, POSM, merchandise, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and centralized documentation.
- Marketing Resource Planning &
- Allocation
- Plan and monitor the allocation of marketing collaterals across regions, clusters, and catchments.
- Work with senior stakeholders to determine allocation quantities based on business priorities and requirements.
- Track inventory, dispatches, utilization, and replenishment of marketing materials.
- Identify gaps and recommend optimal distribution of marketing resources.
- Offline Marketing Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns, retailer meets, exhibitions, product launches, and branding activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables.
- Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate new vendors for marketing requirements.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial proposals, and support vendor selection.
- Track production timelines, quality,



and deliveries to ensure timely execution.

Identify and evaluate recent vendors for marketing requirements. Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation. Obtain quotations, compare commercial proposals, and support vendor selection. Track production timelines, quality, and deliveries to ensure timely execution. Build and maintain relationships with existing vendors for ongoing marketing requirements. 5.
