4–5 years experience · Compensation: competitive, benchmarked against India's leading new-age consumer brands
Read this bit first
Somewhere in India right now, a 22-year-old is standing in front of a wall of pastel stationery, filming a reel she didn't plan to make, for a brand she found ten minutes ago.
We'd like you to be the reason that happens 500 times a day.
The gap we're standing in A generation raised on K-dramas, K-pop and Pinterest has decided everyday objects should be joyful .
Globally that idea built giants — Miniso, Daiso, Pop Mart. In India the category is barely three years old and nobody owns it.
Uni Seoul is Korean-inspired impulse lifestyle retail, founded 2023, HQ in Pune. Our philosophy is slightly ridiculous, which is exactly why it works: cuteness as a way of living.

The job, honestly Our best marketing is already happening without us, customers film in our stores unprompted, every day. Nobody owns that energy. You will.
And it's a two-speed job. Four days a week you're making rapid, scrappy, phone-shot content that keeps our internet alive. The fifth day you're in a pre-production meeting arguing about a shot list for a film that will define how India sees this brand. You need to enjoy both.
What you'll own
- Brand voice — how we sound everywhere: captions, comments, DMs, scripts
- The always-on engine — 20–30 pieces a week across Reels and Shorts, mostly shot by you
- Brand films — end to end with production houses: brief, treatment, budget, casting, shoot, post
- Creators — hundreds of nano/micro for reach and trust,
a handful of macro for cultural weight. The best creator partnership is a product, not a caption
- Community — turn customers into a tribe: UGC, superfans, store-level advocacy
- Store launches — every opening is a content event. Build the playbook once, run it 18 more times
- Drops & tentpoles — new collections, collabs, festive gifting, back-to-school, Diwali
- The numbers — engagement, saves and shares, creator-driven footfall, organic revenue to uniseoul.in
You'll fit here if…
- 4–5 years in-house at a consumer, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand that makes its own content
- You have a portfolio, not a CV — hundreds of pieces you personally shot, edited and shipped, with numbers attached
- You've led at least one brand film with an external production house, start to finish
- You've built a creator programme at both ends — volume seeding and individual macro deals
- You write beautifully and know Indian internet culture from the inside
- You're genuinely into this world: K-culture, anime, cute aesthetics, gifting, stationery
Probably not for you if: your best work is a deck; you need a crew and three weeks to make one video; or "cute" makes you uncomfortable ?
Working here
40 people at HQ. You'll sit near the founders, pitch them directly, and see your idea live in stores in weeks. The open-door policy is the real kind — disagreeing with us is a feature.
Flexible hours, because content has strange rhythms — 6 a.m. store shoots, quiet Tuesdays, both fine. Travel across India for launches and shoots. Employee discount and first access to every drop. A learning budget. A team of your own within the year, and a Head of Brand Content remit as we scale.
