Role Description The Brand Building & Content Management Intern will work closely with the marketing and business teams to help build and strengthen Abja Enterprise's brands across digital and offline channels.

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Vadodara designed for someone who is creative, curious, proactive, and interested in understanding how brands actually grow.

The intern will be involved in content creation, social media management, brand building, trend research, and digital operations. You will have the chance to work on real projects rather than simply observing or assisting with routine tasks.

Your responsibilities may include creating and editing Reels, researching viral content and trends, writing captions and scripts, managing social media content, maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing campaigns, and learning how websites and e-commerce operations work.

You will also collaborate with different teams, receive feedback, experiment with ideas, and understand how content, branding, marketing, and sales come together to build a business.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in branding, content creation, social media,



and digital marketing
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content and campaign ideas
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and trends
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Good attention to detail and understanding of visual and written communication
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Comfortable using basic presentation, office, and digital tools
- Basic understanding of how branding and marketing can support sales and customer engagement
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Vadodara
- Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or related fields are preferred, but candidates with strong creativity and relevant skills are also welcome
