Role Description The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Ahmedabad branch, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics services. This full-time, on-site role includes managing branch staff, setting performance targets, and monitoring operational workflows for freight, customs broking, and warehousing activities.
The Branch
Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, resolving escalations, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
The role also involves budgeting, cost control, and reporting on branch performance, as well as driving business development initiatives in the local market.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs broking, or supply chain operations, preferably within a branch or regional management capacity.
- Proficiency in operations planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Solid customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills to support client retention and growth.
- Competence in basic financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements in logistics and cargo handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, with a hands-on approach to operational oversight and problem solving.
