Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Sculpt N Shine Studio location in Ahmedabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring that all treatments and salon services meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.

Manager will handle client inquiries and concerns, support sales and marketing initiatives, and drive branch performance through effective customer experience and revenue management. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating with vendors, enforcing clinic policies and protocols, and preparing regular reports on operational and financial performance.

Manager will also play a key role in team coaching, performance reviews, and fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch, clinic, spa, salon, or retail management with solid staff supervision and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability in operations management, including scheduling, resource planning, and maintaining service quality standards.
- Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and handling escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Skills in sales, marketing coordination, and basic business development to support client acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in using clinic or salon management software, basic MS Office tools, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in business, hospitality, wellness management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in wellness, dermatology, aesthetics, spa, or beauty services is an advantage.
