Branch Manager Only Jewellery Industry Experience

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the jewellery industry to handle showroom operations, drive sales performance, and lead team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage overall branch operations including sales, customer service, and daily targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business goals
- Handle billing, accounting activities, and petty cash management
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and satisfaction
- Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost revenue
- Identify business risks and opportunities for growth
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Train and develop staff for performance improvement

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Solid experience in Jewellery Showroom Management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sales targets and team management
