About the Role

BRD Car World Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, customer experience, and team management of our branch in Ernakulam.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in automobile sales or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and support teams.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, processes, and standards.
- Monitor branch expenses, inventory, documentation, and operational efficiency.




- Analyse sales reports and market trends and take corrective actions when required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support business development activities.
- Ensure the branch maintains a skilled and customer-friendly environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in automobile dealerships, retail, sales, or branch operations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business operations.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
- Good knowledge of the Ernakulam market will be an advantage.
