Job Role Branch Manager (BM)

The Branch Manager will be responsible for end-to-end branch operations, team management, cash logistics and business performance. The role requires robust leadership, operational control and coordination with clients, banks and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to achieve operational and business targets.

Monitor Cash Logistics, ATM, CIT & RCM operations and ensure timely execution.

Drive business growth, customer acquisition, retention and service excellence.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines and internal controls.

Handle audits, reconciliations,



documentation and MIS/reporting requirements.

Coordinate with banks, clients, regional teams and internal departments for seamless operations.

Ensure proper cash handling, security and risk-management procedures.

Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and service quality.

Manage branch P&L;, productivity and performance and work towards achieving business objectives.

Take ownership of branch-level issues and ensure timely resolution and escalation wherever required.
