About the Role

Emperor Bulls Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and target-oriented Branch Head to take complete ownership of our Zirakpur branch.

The Branch Head will be responsible for leading the entire branch, driving admissions and conversions, managing the team, maintaining student satisfaction, and ensuring overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Management

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor overall branch productivity, discipline, and work quality.
- Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, telecalling, teaching, and marketing teams.

Student Counselling & Admissions

- Personally handle counselling of students and prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and guide them towards the right courses.
- Drive admission conversions through effective counselling and communication.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospective students.
- Track pending leads and ensure maximum conversion opportunities are utilized.

Fee Collection & Follow-ups

- Monitor and follow up on pending fees from students.
- Ensure timely fee collection and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with the team to minimize outstanding payments.

Team Performance

- Regularly monitor the performance of telecallers.
- Track calls, follow-ups, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Identify performance gaps and provide guidance to improve results.
- Ensure the counselling and telecalling teams are working towards branch targets.





Teacher & Training Quality

- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of teachers/trainers.
- Take regular feedback from students regarding classes and teaching quality.
- Identify areas of improvement and coordinate with management to maintain high teaching standards.

Marketing Coordination

- Assist and coordinate with the Marketing Team for branch-level campaigns and activities.
- Support marketing initiatives for lead generation and local brand visibility.
- Ensure proper utilization and follow-up of marketing-generated leads.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Strong in leadership and team management.
- Excellent in counselling, communication, and negotiation.
- Highly target-oriented and focused on conversions.
- Capable of handling multiple teams and responsibilities.
- Confident in dealing with students, parents, and team members.
- Proactive, disciplined, and capable of taking independent decisions.
- Experienced in sales, counselling, education, or branch management.

Previous experience in an education, sales, counselling, or financial/trading training setting will be an added advantage. Key Performance Areas The Branch Head will primarily be evaluated on:

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
