## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager Agency Channel to lead and drive agency business growth. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Life Insurance sales, agency channel management, and team leadership. The role involves managing agency operations, driving sales performance, recruiting advisors, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

## Key Responsibilities

* Drive branch business growth through the Agency Channel.

* Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents.

* Manage and mentor a team to achieve sales and productivity targets.

* Build strong relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.

* Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve business outcomes.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and operational guidelines.





* Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance tracking.

* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and renewal business.

* Maintain high levels of team engagement and advisor activation.

## Eligibility Criteria

* 7–10 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.

* 2–5 years of team handling experience in Agency/Banca/Direct channels.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
