BPO Operations Manager – Domestic Voice Process Company: MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years Working Days: 6 days Shift: Day Shift MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented BPO Manager to manage and lead our domestic voice process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and people-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the domestic voice process. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Handle customer and process-related escalations effectively. Ensure employees follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.



Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and business objectives. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.

Required

Preferred
