Job Title : Telecaller – Health Insurance Process Company: Ensure Dreams Location: E-48, 4th Floor, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary : Ensure Dreams is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our Health Insurance Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with customers over the phone. This role involves assisting potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, and helping them choose the most suitable policy.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain health insurance plans, features, perks, and policy details. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Generate quality leads and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or system.





Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Coordinate with the internal team to complete documentation and policy issuance.

Requirements : Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi.

Basic

English communication will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
