Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Process transactions, provide product information, and address issues related to orders, returns, or services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in BPO voice process (international call center) environment.
- Strong knowledge of international processes, particularly those used by US companies.
- Proficiency in handling inbound voice processes for customer support services.
- Ability to work effectively in an fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
