We are looking for an experienced Senior BMS Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated ELV systems. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge of building automation, system monitoring, alarm handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with site and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) on a daily basis.
- Monitor ELV systems integrated with the BMS, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, and other building automation systems.
- Monitor system alarms, identify abnormalities, and coordinate with the concerned technical team for timely resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate critical issues to the respective engineers or vendors.
- Maintain daily system logs, alarm reports, incident reports, and shift handover records.
- Monitor equipment status,



communication faults, and system performance through the BMS workstation.
- Coordinate with facility management, engineering teams, vendors, and site personnel.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical alarms and system failures as per site procedures.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and system testing.
- Guide and support junior BMS Operators when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with site SOPs and safety standards.
