Location: Lathur Block, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end program implementation across assigned schools
- Mentor and monitor ESDs, Resource Persons & Cluster Coordinators
- Conduct regular school visits and provide on-ground support
- Coordinate with School Heads, Teachers, Government Officials & CSR Partners
- Monitor learning outcomes and drive improvement plans
- Manage data, reporting, documentation, baseline & endline assessments
- Conduct team meetings, trainings and review sessions
- Support project planning,



budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with POCSO, POSH and LLF policies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong experience in education/development programs & field operations
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring & capacity building
- Strong government liaison & stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of M&E;, data management & reporting
- Solid analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & basic data tools
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
- FLN/program implementation experience will be an advantage
