Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop engaging lesson plans for biology classes, incorporating hands-on activities and experiments.
- Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and tutorials to students at various levels of proficiency.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Biology or related field with 1-5 years of teaching experience.
- Robust knowledge of biological concepts and principles across different disciplines (e.g., botany, zoology).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
- Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom setting.
