We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across project stages. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update 3D BIM models in Revit for Architectural, Construction and Structural services.

- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

- Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation.

- Ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and adherence to BIM standards.

- Support project teams with BIM workflows and technical queries.

- Work with BIM leads/managers to maintain templates, libraries, and project standards.

- Generate quantities, schedules, and model-based reports as needed.

Required Skills:

- 2–4 years of hands-on BIM experience.

- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

- Positive understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.

- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution plans, and project workflows.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
