BIM MODELER –

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models and detailed drawings for engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop detailed 3D BIM models based on engineering and architectural drawings.
- Prepare and update BIM models as per project requirements and design changes.
- Develop detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
- Perform model checking and ensure accuracy and consistency of BIM deliverables.




- Review drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Relevant BIM certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

- 2–15 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting.
- Experience in EPC, construction, MEP, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
