Title: Assistant Manager/Team Lead /n Department: Engineering / BIM Division /n Location: Chennai / Project-Based /n Experience: 6–10 Years /n Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering /n /n /n Job Summary: /n /n We are looking for an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level with strong expertise in BIM modeling, quality control, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution. /n The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and reviewing BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 , conducting model and drawing QC, coordinating clashes, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n BIM Modeling & Development /n /n /n

- Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 based on project requirements.

/n

- Ensure BIM models comply with client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project requirements.

/n

- Work with Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination models.

/n

- Support project teams with model setup, family creation, documentation, and model development.

/n

- Review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

/n /n /n Quality Control (QC) /n /n /n

- Conduct quality checks on BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables .

/n

- Verify compliance with project standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and workflows.

/n

- Review and analyze clash detection reports and coordinate corrective actions with respective teams.

/n





- Monitor closure of QC comments and maintain appropriate quality records.

/n

- Ensure consistency and accuracy across multidisciplinary models and deliverables.

/n /n /n Coordination & Project Management /n /n /n

- Coordinate BIM deliverables with internal teams, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders .

/n

- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.

/n

- Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, and team performance.

/n

- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

/n

- Ensure BIM deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

/n /n /n Team Handling & Technical Support /n /n /n

- Guide, mentor, and support junior BIM modelers and engineers.

/n

- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

/n

- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the BIM team.

/n

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team training where required.

/n /n /n Required Software Skills: /n /n /n

- Autodesk Revit – Mandatory

/n

- Navisworks – Mandatory

/n

- AutoCAD – Mandatory

/n

- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Preferred

/n

- Tekla / Allplan – Added Advantage
