Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM MEPF Modeler role based in Pune District. The BIM MEPF Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) systems in coordination with architectural and structural teams.

Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, modeling building services to required levels of detail, and ensuring accurate clash detection and resolution within the BIM environment. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers,



engineers, and designers to maintain model integrity, update design changes, and support preparation of coordinated drawings and documentation. The BIM MEPF Modeler will also help maintain BIM standards, contribute to workflow improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality, technically sound projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, with the ability to create and manage coordinated digital models.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including their integration within building design and construction.
- Experience working with architectural concepts and understanding how MEPF models interface with Architecture and structural design.
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
- Prior experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in building services or multidisciplinary design environments.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software (such as Revit or similar) and familiarity with coordination, clash detection, and model documentation workflows.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work within project timelines, and effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
