We are hiring for BIM Head / Manager

Arnita Consultants is looking for an experienced BIM Head / Manager to lead BIM strategy, model governance, multidisciplinary coordination, and digital workflows across complex building and mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BIM execution plans, standards, modelling protocols, and digital workflows.
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Electrical, Fire Protection, and BMS disciplines.
- Lead model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project LOD requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Review model quality, accuracy, completeness, and coordination.
- Guide and mentor BIM Coordinators and Revit Modelers.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, and client BIM teams.
- Drive improvements in BIM processes, productivity, and digital project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture,



Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10–18 years of experience in BIM Management / Digital Design Coordination.
- Robust experience in multidisciplinary building projects.
- Experience in Data Centers or highly serviced buildings will be preferred.
