Role Description The BIM Engineer will work on-site at the Rajkot office in a contract role, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop and manage Building Information Models. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating detailed BIM models, producing and coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring design information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. The role involves integrating architectural, structural, and MEP elements within BIM software, identifying clashes, and supporting design optimization.





The BIM Engineer will also assist in maintaining project documentation, adhering to relevant standards, and supporting communication between design and construction stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including proficiency with common BIM platforms and tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture, including understanding of design principles and coordination of architectural elements.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Civil Engineering, including basic structural and site coordination knowledge.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM models, including clash detection and resolution.
- Relevant experience in architectural, engineering, or construction projects using BIM workflows is highly beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams are important.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced project environment are expected.
