Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.

- Prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

- Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.

- Perform model coordination and identify clashes between different disciplines.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project teams.

- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.

- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling issues.

- Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and project documentation.

- Support project teams during design development and construction stages.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.

- Positive understanding of architectural/structural coordination.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
