BIM Architect Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements.
- Create and maintain families, templates, schedules, and BIM documentation.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, completeness, and design consistency.
- Participate in design coordination and technical meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks.Role & responsibilities
