BIM Electrical ModelerLocation: Hyderabad / Work From Home

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced BIM Electrical Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate electrical BIM/Revit models and supporting coordination and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Electrical Revit/BIM models as per project requirements and BIM standards.
- Model electrical services including lighting, power, containment, cable trays, equipment, and other electrical systems.
- Prepare and update models from LOD 300 to LOD 350/400, as required.
- Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, architecture, and structure.
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks/Revit.
- Incorporate service penetrations, openings, supports/hangers, and required BIM elements as per project LOD.
- Prepare/modify electrical drawings, layouts, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Follow project BIM standards,



naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and QA/QC procedures.
- Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and other disciplines to meet project deadlines.
- Support project teams in delivering models and drawings within agreed timelines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit – Electrical.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and BIM modeling practices.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection/coordination.
- Understanding of LOD 300/350/400 requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Experience2–6 years of relevant experience in Electrical BIM/Revit modeling. LocationHyderabad / Remote (Work From Home)
