Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, ensuring compliance with U.S. standards.

- Review client inputs and understand project scope to plan and execute work efficiently.

- Develop and modify custom Revit families as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

- Apply BIM best practices to improve workflow efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

- Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other related software is an added advantage.





- Good understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.

- Prior exposure to American architectural standards is highly preferred.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in architectural design and construction documentation.

- Advanced Revit skills, including creating and modifying custom families.

- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and documentation processes.

- Excellent attention to detail, technical accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
