SAROM Fab Pvt. Ltd. is a growing home-textile trading company with a strong pan-India presence. We are expanding into the Towel & Bath Linen category and are looking for an experienced professional who can take ownership of developing and establishing this new product vertical.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage our companys billing and invoicing processes. In this role, you will issue accurate invoices and fix any billing mistakes. Your main goal will be to help our financial operations run smoothly and ensure our clients are billed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Invoices: Prepare and send out accurate bills and invoices to customers using accounting software.
- Fix Mistakes:



Look into and resolve any billing problems or questions from customers or internal teams.
- Keep Records: Update and maintain financial records, digital files, and customer accounts.
- Work with Teams: Help the finance and sales teams by creating regular billing reports.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, optimizing warehouse space.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Document and report incidents, damages, or losses to management.

Requirements and Skills:

- Experience: Proven experience working as a Billing Clerk, Billing Executive, or in a similar office role.
- Math Skills: Positive with numbers and very comfortable doing basic financial calculations.
- Communication: Clear and friendly communication skills for talking to clients about payments.
