Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage billing processes for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Analyze customer accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, collections, or SAP system.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the IT services industry.
- Proficiency in using SAP software for managing client billing and accounting tasks.
- Robust understanding of Collections process and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
